Just wanted to give everyone a shoutout and a great big THANK YOU to everyone who has been hitting the site and checking out our show lately. I'm hear to tell you that you all made Episode 5 (Erik and Jason from Paizo) our nomber one downloaded episode by a mile! The numbers are very encouraging for us to see. As with most podcasters we put this show out so we can talk about something we have a great deal of passion for and share it with the rest of the world.
While the numbers are an invaluabl…

Good morning all you Digital DungeonCasters! I just put up episode 5 and have to commend Trent on the great interview he did with Erk Mona and Jason Bulmahn of Paizo. They sure have a lot of cool things coming down the road and I'm sure no one will be disappointed.

Hey Gang. Just wanted to let you all know that episode 4 is up. Techincally its a new episode but has some old content in it from one of our previous sessions. Its the second parter to our discussion on 4th Edition we did way back in August '07 when 4th Edition was but a smattering of blog posts floating around the internet. We talk about the magic system, some DM stuff and the virtual table. To be honest this is my favorite half of the whole discussion. I think we got more into the topic when i…

So. After many months of new children being born, house repairs, house sales, apartment moves, new job schedules, and new girlfriends (and then losing and getting more) we are finally back! We've finally decided on a feed host, a place to keep our stuff and been through the gammut of podcasting directories to repoint our feed (except for Apple - those [insert colorful explicative] make it a total pain to change your feed URL so we are not updated there yet. But we will be! At any rate, please be…

Some of the exciting changes that are taking place for DigitalDungeonCast, I am not at liberty to disclose. However there are a few things that I want to let the general public know.
It's probably obvious that DDC isn't any of the Cast/Crew's primary jobs. My work life includes being a Records Administrator for a major automobile company as well as graphic design / webmaster for several clients. In addition my work on RPGs such as Silver Kingdoms, and Relics & Rayguns takes up som

That's right folks, its that time of the year... its convention season and what convention better to kick it off with but ORIGINS. Located in my backyard of Columbus, OH, ORIGINS is a DDC favorite for many reasons. Some of them have to do with drinking a few beers with Shane Hensley and Matt Forbeck at Bailey…

My copy of Burnt Offerings, the first chapter of Paizo Publishing's Pathfinder Adventure Path, shipped this week. Thank goodness the people at Paizo have a free download of the chapter when you subscribe cause I don't think I could stand the wait.
Upon opening the PDFs I couldn't be more thrilled with what I paid for. As with Dragon Magazine and Dungeon Magazine, Burnt Offerings is filled with all sorts of crunchy bits that will help a GM run the game. I haven't finished reading the fi
